We're Hiring || Team Leader (Customer Service)
- Process: International (Blended)
- Shifts: Rotational Shift (including night shifts)
- Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 week offs
- Location - Malad, Mumbai
- Education - HSC/ Graduate (Experience) required
We are looking for candidates who are on paper Team Leader for minimum 1 yr.
Key Responsibilities-
Team Leadership & People Management-
- Should have experience with CS domain and escalation management.
- Experience in insurance/ fraud will be added advantage.
- Supervise and manage a team of inbound and outbound healthcare customer service agents.
- Assign daily workloads, manage rosters, and ensure optimal staffing coverage.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training.
- Motivate team members to meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
