Process Improvement & Automation Initiatives

Drive Operational Excellence and Client Satisfaction

These activities are aligned with Commercial Lending servicing, loan maintenance, reconciliation, quality control, and client support operations described in internal lending operations role definitions.

Ability to mentor and support team members

-5+ years of experience.

-On Paper Team Lead experience is must .

-Prior people leadership experience

-Expertise in Commercial Lending Operations

-Strong stakeholder management and delivery ownership

-Experience in driving SLA, Quality, Productivity, and Transformation initiatives
