Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily last-mile delivery operations.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery executives/riders.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
• Track delivery, RTO, and undelivered shipment performance.
• Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and daily targets.
• Handle customer and delivery-related escalations.
• Ensure proper shipment scanning and system updates.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Drive team performance and ensure smooth functioning of the delivery center.
