Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable process from purchase order receipt to payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
• Lead a team of accounts payable professionals to achieve departmental goals, providing guidance on KPIs, KRAs, and SLA compliance.
• Analyze shrinkage trends and implement strategies to minimize losses through effective invoice processing and payment management.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize P2P cycle time by streamlining processes and reducing manual intervention.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
• Strong understanding of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), KRAs (Key Result Areas), SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Proficiency in invoice processing, purchase order management, payment processing, procure-to-pay cycle.
