Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery executives and track daily performance.
• Ensure smooth inbound, outbound, and delivery processes.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Monitor key operational metrics such as delivery success rate, productivity, and TAT.
• Coordinate with hub teams, delivery executives, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and track performance.
• Manage manpower planning and ensure adequate delivery capacity.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
