Team Lead - Warehouse Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and mentor a team of 20 - 30 warehouse executives/associates.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, manpower deployment and shift performance.
• Drive KRA/KPI, SLA and productivity targets.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse operations through WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, hygiene and security standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and order fulfilment issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
