Team Lead (Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Virtual Assistant to manage a team of Virtual Assistants, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality service delivery, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with prior experience managing remote teams.

Key Responsibilties

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Virtual Assistants.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA adherence.
• Handle client communication and resolve escalations.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
• Ensure timely task completion and quality delivery.
• Prepare operational reports and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience with at least 1–2 years in a Team Lead role.
• Experience managing Virtual Assistants or remote teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Virtual Assistance, Customer Support, Operations, Executive Assistance, or Business Support functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Exposure to US/International clients is preferred.
