We are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Team Lead cum Liaison Officer for an Urban Development / Government Advisory project.

Location: Lucknow ( UP)
Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Qualification: Master’s in Economics / Engineering / Business / Urban Management / Urban or City Planning / Finance / Public Administration / General Administration or related fields.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience as a Team Leader, Policy Expert, Program/Project Manager, Consultant, or related role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Urban Development
• Experience working with Central/State Government departments, Ministries, PSUs, Parastatals, ULBs or similar organizations
• Experience in stakeholder management, government liaison and inter-departmental coordination
• Prior experience managing 10+ member teams is desirable
• Exposure to donor/funding agencies, development partners or international organizations will be an advantage
• Strong proposal/report writing, communication and MS Office skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination with government departments, funding agencies and key stakeholders
• Aligning donor/funding agency requirements with government priorities
• Managing stakeholder relationships and inter-departmental coordination
• Supporting implementation of key urban development initiatives
• Facilitating policy, standards and guideline alignment
• Supporting capacity-building and participatory decision-making initiatives
• Ensuring effective communication, reporting, and timely project delivery
