We are currently looking for a Team Lead - Operations - U3  to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad (WFO).

Role & responsibilities:

We are currently hiring for Team Lead - Operations - U3 to manage a team here in HYD, TG office.(WFO)
Role: Team Lead - Operations - U3

Locations: Hi-Tech City, HYD, TG   2-way transportation will be provided.

Exp: 4+ years till 8 Years (Min 2 Years as a TL on papers is mandatory and must have exp in handling a team of at least 8 members & above)

Shift:  UK shift (12PM till 9:30PM & Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun)

Relevant University degree

Work experience: At least 2-10 years of experience as a Team Lead
Initial test pass at the interview stage

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES  

Supervisory Activities (20%)

• Line manages several associates for the successful completion of allocated assignments

• Drive the team to deliver on all agreed SLAs and targets

• Conduct monthly 1:1s with line reports throughout the year, to ensure team members remain

focused on everyday work and annual goals; share quality, efficiency and timeliness reports for

the direct reports

• Conduct performance reviews half-yearly and/or yearly, to offer constructive feedback to team

members

• Work with the Associate Manager and Assessment Operations Manager (CPAOIL) to define KPIs

and how data is measured.

• Create and maintain systems for tracking data and information

• Monitor leave and attendance for the respective line reports

• Deal with HR issues that occur, per HR policies, for the respective line reports

• Operational Delivery and Production Management (20%)

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure the timely completion of

production deliverables.

• Manage and execute operational and production activities to ensure timely and accurate

completion of deliverables.

• Perform production tasks and support business-as-usual activities, particularly during periods of

high volume, critical timelines, resource constraints, or operational escalations.

• Plan, prioritize, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure efficient utilization of resources and

adherence to service level commitments.

• Track task completion status, taking proactive action to mitigate delays and operational risks.

• Review output volumes, turnaround times, and productivity metrics, driving actions to improve

overall operational performance.

• Act as the first point of contact for production-related issues, providing guidance and resolving

operational challenges.

• Maintain business continuity by providing direct production support and cross-functional

assistance where required.

• Quality Control (20%)

• Analyse trends in data and consider efficiencies and improvements that can be made

• Monitor production process; suggest improvements in process and workflows to enhance

efficiency and service quality

• Define production quality and efficiency targets

• Documentation (20%)

• Review and update existing Process Flows and Work Instructions periodically or following a

change to systems/processes  

• Work with trainers/team members to identify areas of improving team documentation so that it

becomes more user-friendly and comprehensive  

• Participate in a thorough bi-annual documentation review
