• Deadline Driven and Target Oriented Professional
• Devise Sourcing Strategies.
• Volume Recruitment Process Management.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri and Monster)
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a Mentor to new hires and help them onboard.Role & responsibilities
