Role: Team Lead – Sales | Academic Counselling | Online Education
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Academic Counsellors / Sales Executives.
- Drive UG/PG Degree Sales, Student Admissions and Revenue Targets.
- Monitor daily team performance, sales conversions and productivity.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching and performance tracking.
- Assist team members with sales pitches, counselling and lead conversion.
- Handle escalations and ensure a smooth student counselling/admission process.
- Achieve individual and team-level business targets.
Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in Team Handling / Team Lead / Sales Team Management.
- Experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Online Education, Degree Sales or Academic Counselling preferred.
- Strong experience in UG/PG / Online Degree / Higher Education sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership and people-management skills.
- Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong target orientation and sales management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
