Lead a team of sales executives on PCD franchise sales - distributor enquiries, conversion, orders and collections.
Vibcare Pharma Pvt Ltd the Panchkula office 2 positions Full time, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm
What the role involves
- Lead and train the sales executives handling PCD franchise enquiries
- Set weekly and monthly targets for the team and review them
- Help the team close larger distributor enquiries
- Follow orders, collections and after-sales with the team
- Report team sales to management
What we are looking for
Qualification: Graduate preferred
Experience: 5+ years in PCD pharma franchise sales, including handling a sales team. Only candidates with PCD pharma franchise experience will be considered.
