• Process: International Voice
• Experience: 4+ Years overall | 6 month of Team Leader experience in Sales preferred
• CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
• Education: Graduate/Degree Mandatory
• Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• Working Days: 5 Days Working | Rotational Offs
• Transport: 1-Way Transport Available
• Notice Period: Immediate / 15 / 30 Days

Role & Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members through effective coaching and communication.
• Drive team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance coaching and implement improvementplans.
• Handle performance-related issues and corrective actions.
• Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
• Handle escalated customer calls and provide subject matter expertise when required.
• Manage team metrics, retention and attrition.
• Identify root causes of attrition and work with leadership on improvement plans.
• Monitor attendance and productivity in accordance with company policies.
• Drive shift-wide projects focused on productivity, quality and KPI improvement.
• Communicate business updates, expectations and process changes effectively.
• Promote teamwork, company values and employee engagement.
• Drive sales targets and achieve quarterly goals while maintaining compliance.
