Team Lead -Field Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to promote and sell our Electric Vehicle (EV) Commercial Vehicle and Passenger Auto solutions to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

- Manage sales administration tasks, including CRM updates and sales forecasting.

- Handle a group of sales team and making sure the targets are met for the area.

- Handling end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure and financing closure for delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the automotive or EV industry.

- Strong knowledge of the EV industry, including market trends and competitor activity.

- Mandatory Experience in 3 wheeler passenger electric vehicle sales

- Proven track record of sales success.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle the team, set targets and make the team meet the targets.
