Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader Operations to manage a team of Key Account Managers. The role requires driving seller performance on an ecommerce platform through strategic relationship management, sales enablement, and datadriven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers handling ecommerce sellers
• Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
• Analyze seller performance and provide strategic inputs to enhance business outcomes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless seller support and resolution
• Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team
• Maintain team motivation and discipline while ensuring performance benchmarks are met
• Manage dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports using Excel

Hiring Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Key Account Management / Relationship Executive processes
• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel with strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Demonstrated leadership ability to drive results through a team
• Prior ecommerce domain experience preferred
