Role Summary

Mid-level role combining individual sales contribution + partial team supervision, responsible for handling complex calls and supporting team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-value or complex sales calls
• Act as a floor support / SME for Grade 56 agents
• Assist in on-the-job training and coaching
• Monitor call quality and provide real-time feedback
• Drive team motivation and performance
• Track individual and team-level targets
• Support reporting and dashboard updates
• Handle escalations and difficult customer conversations

Required Skills

• Strong sales experience (telecom/BPO preferred)
• Excellent communication with near-native fluency
• Coaching and mentoring capability
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage pressure and multitask

Eligibility

• 2- 5 years of experience in outbound sales / international BPO
• Prior team handling or SME experience preferred
