Job Summary Key Responsibilities

• Drive team sales targets and ensure revenue goals are met
• Support team members in closing deals and handling negotiations
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Assign leads and monitor conversion ratios
• Interact with high-value clients and assist in property selection
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
• Handle escalations and resolve client concerns
• Maintain relationships with real estate developers

Key Requirements

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales
• Prior experience in team handling or mentoring
• Strong understanding of real estate market
