Team Lead - Presales & Loyalty

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the pre-sales & Loyalty desk for Narang Realty, ensuring efficient handling Of all incoming customer enquiries, tele-calling, appointment scheduling and site-visit coordination for the sales team. Own the CRM/lead database timely updation, lead qualification, follow-up tracking and MIS reporting to management. Manage post-booking customer relationships and drive the loyalty & referral program to generate repeat and referral business. Supervise, train and motivate a team Of pre-sales executives to achieve enquiry-to-site-visit and conversion targets, ensure database hygiene, and maintain high standards of customer service and query resolution. Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Experience in real estate pre- sales/CRM function is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in Real Estate pre-sales,

CRM or customer loyalty/retention programs,

complaint handling and coordination with sales & marketing teams will be an added advantage.
