Role & responsibilities

Serve as the SME on IGP function/category/ region tactical support Level 1 SME including tools/ systems support for associates to assist in resolution of requests. Provide guidance and support to end-users re: proper buying channel, policies, etc. User training. Drive continuous improvement for any future state objectives of the IGP BPO organization.

a) Provide ongoing management responsibility for IGP BPO adoption;

b) Provide leadership, direction and coaching to directly and indirectly related project team members for all IGP BPO transition and transformation indicatives;

c) Ensure anticipated benefits of projects are realized;

d) Actively plan, develop, implement, and manage transition and transformation project plans in coordination with the Customer;

e) Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects with stakeholders and service provider;

f) Analyze business requirements (functional and technical, information need, business process and policy) by conducting information gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements;

g) Prepare and execute implementation plans, including detailed schedule of all;
