- Hands on Technical & Leadership Experience
- Ability to debug and fix as part of the development/ support process and should have experience in Case Management, Integration components (services, connectors, etc), frameworks, reporting, agents, authentication and rule resolution
- Lead Pega Robotics (legacy OpenSpan) Automation Sub-Practice with the goal of preparing consultants to guide clients through the design and implementation of automation solutions using Pega Robotics software
- Lead a team of developers to deliver on strategic product roadmap
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL
- Organization and provide an enhanced patient and physician experience
- Attend or organize round tables, seminars.
