Team Lead - Order To cash

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team- upto 25 FTEs responsible for Order to Cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
  
• Lead the transition from one billing system to another, ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruption to business operations.
  
• Oversee dispute management, escalation management, SLA compliance, and collections activities to maintain healthy relationships with customers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in OTC processes and implement changes accordingly.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in End to end OTC or related field with expertise in OTC process.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
  
• Proven track record of leading teams effectively through transitions and change initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of automation tools such as Automic or similar technologies.
