Team Lead - Operations

• 3-6 years of experience in field operations, collection operations, recovery, device collection, backgroundverification, or similar operations roles.
• At least 1-2 years of team-handling/team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience managing field executives, collection agents, delivery/field teams, or other distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of collection processes, lead allocation, field visits, follow-ups, and case closure.
• Good hands-on experience with Excel/MIS and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience in device/equipment recovery or asset collection will be an added advantage.
