Team Lead operation || Travel domain || Mumbai(Thane)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of travel operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of travel processes.
• Manage daily operations, including flight bookings, ticketing, and itinerary management using Amadeus/Galileo systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues related to travel arrangements.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in an Operations Team Leader role within the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Proficiency in Amadeus/Galileo systems for flight booking and ticketing purposes.
• Strong understanding of travel process flowcharts and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
