Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for field sales, motor insurance, vehicle insurance, car insurance, and auto insurance products.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
