Team Lead - Mechanical /Electrical

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers responsible for mechanical and electrical design engineering activities.
  
• Oversee the development of transformer designs, including 3D modeling using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for mechanical design, electrical design, and project management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in design processes and implement changes as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to mechanical and electrical designs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in mechanical/electrical design engineering with expertise in transformer design.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in software tools such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, 3D Modeling, Mechanical Design, Transformer Design.
