Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Trusteeship to manage day-to-day trusteeship operations, transaction documentation, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The candidate will supervise operational activities, monitor compliance requirements, and guide the trusteeship team.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end debenture and security trusteeship transactions.
• Review debenture trust deeds, security trustee agreements, and related legal documents.
• Monitor security creation, charge registration, and security perfection.
• Track financial and non-financial covenants and ensure timely compliance.
• Ensure adherence to applicable SEBI regulations and contractual obligations.
• Follow up with issuers and borrowers for periodic compliance submissions.
• Maintain compliance trackers, MIS reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Identify and escalate non-compliance, covenant breaches, and documentation delays.
• Coordinate with issuers, lenders, debenture holders, legal counsel, and internal teams.
• Supervise trusteeship executives, allocate tasks, and monitor deliverables.
• Conduct quality checks on transaction documentation and compliance reports.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in debenture and security trusteeship.
• Knowledge of transaction documentation and execution.
• Understanding of SEBI regulations and Companies Act provisions.
• Experience in covenant monitoring, charge creation, and security perfection.
• Strong MS Excel, MIS reporting, and documentation skills.
• Team handling, client coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Industry Experience
Trusteeship companies, banks, NBFCs, debt capital markets, or financial services organizations.
