Team Lead / Manager – Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Inside Sales team.
• Drive team performance to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor sales funnels, conversion rates, and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions with team members.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high customer experience standard.
• Monitor calls, conduct quality audits, and provide actionable feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance guidelines, and operational standards.
• Analyze team performance data and prepare MIS reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and sales outcomes.
• Motivate and engage team members to maintain high performance and productivity levels.
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role within Inside Sales.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving business targets.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and conversion metrics.
• Experience handling customer escalations and resolving complex issues.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
