Role Summary

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a professional services environment.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred.
