Team Lead - Lead Nurturing ABM
Location: Kochi, Kerala Openings: Full-Time (1 opening) Work Mode: Hybrid / Work-from-office, with flexibility on working hours to align with US and India business hours
Roles Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Lead Nurturing ABM team, including Xignifi and Digital Workforce/Managed Services executives and interns.
- Design and own the lead nurturing cadence and ABM strategy across target accounts for both brands.
- Set targets, monitor outreach performance (calls, connects, qualified leads), and coach the team.
- Coordinate with sales and content teams to align messaging, target lists, and campaign timing.
- Report on team performance and pipeline contribution to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or ABM, with at least some people-management experience.
- Familiarity with CRM/sales engagement tools and outbound processes.
- Data-driven approach to tracking and improving outreach performance.
