Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor shipment allocation, delivery, and closure within defined timelines.
• Manage and coordinate with Delivery Executives/Riders.
• Track daily productivity, attendance, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor delivery performance, pending shipments, and exceptions.
• Ensure high delivery success and maintain service quality.
• Handle customer and delivery-related escalations effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and share daily operational reports and performance updates.
• Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels.
