Job Description:

Hiring for an experienced Team Lead to manage International Voice Process operations. The candidate should have strong team handling experience and exposure to key performance metrics.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in BPO with minimum 1+year as Team Lead (International Voice)
• Manage a team of 15-25 customer support associates
• Strong communication & people management skills
• Hands-on experience with CSAT, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage metrics
• Experience in handling team size and roster management
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
