Role & responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters; set daily/weekly targets and ensure consistent achievement of hiring KPIs.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure.
- Client Management: Understand client requirements, maintain strong relationships, provide regular hiring updates and ensure high-quality candidate delivery.
- Performance Management: Track team performance, analyze recruitment metrics, improve sourcing strategies and implement processes to increase productivity and closures.
- Business & Talent Development: Support new client acquisition, build strong candidate networks, identify market trends and contribute to the growth of the recruitment practice.
Preferred candidate profile
3+ Yrs of Experience in Recruitment Industry.
