PlatinumRx is a rapidly growing healthcare platform focused on making quality medicines and healthcare solutions accessible across India. We are looking for a Team Lead Inside Sales to lead our sales team, drive performance, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls when required.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and sales processes.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 24 years of experience in Inside Sales or related sales roles.
• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
• D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Target-driven mindset with proven sales ability.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

• English – Mandatory
• Hindi – Mandatory
• Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, or any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
