Role Description The Inside Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales performance and leading a customer-focused inside sales team.

Day-to-day tasks include managing and supporting inside sales representatives, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

The role involves overseeing lead generation efforts, optimizing sales processes, and coordinating with marketing and operations to achieve revenue and conversion targets. The Inside Sales Team Lead will coach team members, track performance metrics, handle escalated customer queries, and uphold high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle complex inquiries and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Proven Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivation of sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in retail, luxury products, gemstones, or e-commerce sales is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to make informed decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
