Team Lead - Inside Sales (Edtech)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

● Build a team of 10-15 sales reps from scratch to drive enrollments for the programs offered by the company.

● Take full accountability of your monthly quota and also drive monthly revenue target from the team

● Motivate team members, help them get closures and drive them towards top revenue numbers. ● Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits

● Set a high performance team culture where team members feel valued and driven.

● Give constant feedback to sales reps on call quality and keep a strong tab on maintaining quality of calls.

● Work with Reporting Management in aligning the team towards the organization goal.

Competencies:

● Demonstrated experience of driving top results in B2C Sales with 10+ crore annual targets.

● Experience in handling a sales team with 20+ associates, and leads/ATLs.

● Excellent communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English.

● Highly self motivated, able to work with a target driven mindset.

● Minimum 5+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries.

● MBA preferred, not mandatory
