Team lead - HR Operations

Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Noida/ Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) processes and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and issue HR letters, including appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, and relieving letters.
• Manage attendance, leave, and time office processes through Darwin box HRMS.
• Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and HR documentation.
• Support monthly payroll inputs and other HR operational activities.
• Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, and external vendors for HR-related activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR programs.
• Ensure timely completion of HR BAU activities, compliance, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role.
• Hands-on experience with Darwin box HRMS is mandatory.
• Good understanding of onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR reporting.
