Job Title: Team Lead -Gujarati Voice Support - BPO

Location - Gujarati & Hyderabad

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream)
• 2 - 5 years of experience in International Voice Support - BPO
• At least 12 years in a Team Lead role on paper
• Mandat Gujarati language & English
• Salary Upto 12 LPA
• Day Shift
• 5 Day working
• Location- Hyderabad & Gurgaon ( No relocation)
• Notice - Immeidate joiner ( not working)
• Open demand - 3 only
• Should have degree provisional
• Uan check mandate

Performance & Reporting

• Track KPIs: AHT, FCR, CSAT, Conversion Rate, Recovery Rate, Shrinkage, etc.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans
