Team Lead - GIS Mapping

Job description

Position: Team Lead-Context Mapping

Required Skill:

Project & Delivery Management:

• Plan, track, and deliver mapping projects as per client requirements and defined SLAs
• Develop and manage detailed workflow schedules and staffing plans across annotation, review, and QA layers
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, QA processes, and tool usage guidelines
• Own project metrics including accuracy, productivity, throughput, utilization, and turnaround times

Team Leadership:

• Manage day-to-day performance of team leads, annotators, and reviewers
• Conduct regular stand-ups, performance reviews, and feedback loops
• Support training coordination for new workflows and skill upgrades
• Identify and mentor high-potential team members for lateral mobility

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Serve as primary point of contact for client delivery managers on assigned workflows
• Coordinate periodic reviews, sample audits, and feedback incorporation
• Escalate risks, deviations, or blockers proactively with mitigation plans
