Job Summary
Lead the code at Vihaa Infotech LLP! We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to mentor juniors, architect scalable SaaS solutions, and drive fullstack development for apps like MY PG using PERN (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node) or MERN stacks.
Responsibilities
- Technical Code review, Team scrum and task allocation and product development execution.
- Lead a team of developers on end-to-end projects: from API integrations (payments, ERP) to responsive UIs.
- Design, build, and optimize fullstack apps with focus on performance, scalability, and cloud (AWS/Vercel).
Skills
- 5+ years in PERN or MERN Fullstack development (strong in React/Next.js, Node/Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
- Leadership experience: team management, agile processes, mentoring.
- Proficient in AWS/Vercel, APIs, DevOps basics; bonus for Flutter/Dart, n8n automation.
