Shifts: Flexible to work for any shift (24*5)

Team Lead

• This role requires ability to perform Qualitative and Quantitative Research and good Analytical skills to interpret and make sense of data/ information in hand
• Understand client query and their requirements
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and drive Process Improvements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Review and analyze borrower financial information, including 10-K and 10-Q filings, CPA-audited financial statements, annual/interim financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Spread Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement data into designated spreading tools/templates.
• Perform period-over-period and year-over-year analysis to identify material changes in financial performance.
• Calculate and interpret key financial ratios covering liquidity, leverage, profitability, working capital, and debt-service/coverage.
• Identify and explain ratio-impacting events, including changes in debt, revenue, margins, liquidity, working capital, non-recurring items, acquisitions/disposals, and other material financial movements.
• Perform reconciliation and reasonableness checks and identify discrepancies or exceptions.
• Highlight significant financial trends and potential credit concerns for further review.
• Team Handling experience is mandatory

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 1+ years of experience in Commercial Lending, Credit Analysis, Financial Spreading, or Credit Operations.
• Hands-on experience reviewing 10-K, 10-Q, and CPA-audited financial statements.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to calculate financial ratios and clearly understand the impact of financial events on those ratios.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Team Handling experience is mandatory
