- Submission of accurate monthly MIS pack to stakeholders within timelines.
- Prepare monthly performance update decks for senior management, highlighting exceptions and providing lead and lag indicators.
- Deliver quarterly business review presentations covering all financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Review processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial, cost, management accounting, and reporting.
- Drive the annual operating and business planning cycle in close consultation with business and functional heads.
- Engage with sales and operating functions to ensure all major KPIs are captured.
- Continuously track performance, highlight deviations in a timely manner, and work jointly with stakeholders to achieve desired objectives.
