Job Summary

Team Lead - Finance Operations Company: Tractor Junction Location: Noida Experience: 4-7 Years Work Mode: Work From Office (Noida Sector 9) We are looking for a Team Lead - Finance Operations who can manage a team and take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, reconciliation and business support activities. The ideal candidate should be strong in reconciliation, backend finance operations, MIS and team management, with the ability to identify discrepancies, improve processes and ensure timely closure of operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Finance Operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle and monitor bank, ledger, payment and transaction reconciliations.
• Identify, investigate and resolve reconciliation mismatches and discrepancies.
• Track pending items, ageing, settlements and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare and review MIS, operational reports and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Business, Sales, Product and other internal teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure team adherence to TAT, SLA and operational processes.
• Review team performance and allocate daily/weekly tasks.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure accuracy of transactions and reports.
• Identify process gaps and suggest/improve operational workflows.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
• Handle large volumes of data and transactions using Excel.
