Responsibilities

• Facility Operations Maintenance - MEP Systems.
• Housekeeping Hygiene.
• Security Services.
• Pest Control Landscaping.
• Water Supply Plumbing.
• Pantry Food Beverage Services.
• Stationery Office Supplies.
• Waste Disposal Environmental Management.
• Employee Transport Management.
• Fire Protection Safety.
• Sustainability Energy Management.
• Vendor Contract Management.
• Facility Budgeting Cost Control.
• Technology Automation - Facility Management Systems (FMS) or IWMS for tracking assets, work orders, and space utilization.
• Monitoring and adhering Statutory and Regulatory compliances.

Our requirements

• Operational and property management skills.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Team Management.
• Create and Manage facility budget.
• Focus on team member growth.
• Time management.
• Basic computer skills - Database management, presentation software, social media skills, MS Office etc.
• Sound knowledge of ISO management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, with practical exposure to implementation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years experience in Facility Management, preferably in Industrial premises
