Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead and manage a team handling EVBV/Benefits Verification and/or Prior Authorization processes.
• Monitor productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and overall team performance.
• Handle process and client escalations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare guidelines and payer requirements.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports using MS Excel.
• Drive team performance, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
