Team Lead(EM OP) Medical Coding

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of E&M Coding, experience of OB-GYN/gastro speciality is highly preferred
• Exposure to procedural coding & denial management would be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects with different specialities
• Has handled at least a team size of 20 coders
