Team Lead - Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the team remains aligned. This individual will engage with team members daily to resolve blockers and maintain clarity regarding their specific KRAs and KPIs. Given that Munim manages 2 products: Billing & Accounting Software and GST Return Filing Software - the ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of accounting, GST, and finance. This foundational knowledge is essential for the role, as this person will serve as the final reviewer for all content and campaigns before they are deployed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check in with every team member, every day. Catch problems early and clear blockers fast.

- Set clear KRAs and KPIs for each role, explain them simply, and make sure everyone can repeat back what they're accountable for.

- Review KRA/KPI progress weekly or bi-weekly and course-correct when someone's off track.

- Plan, prioritise and drive campaigns across SEO, paid ads, social, content and email.

- Be the bridge between the team and management. Pass things down clearly, bring feedback and blockers back up.

- Make sure content, ad copy and campaigns are built on facts, not assumptions. Loop in Product whenever needed.

- Track and report performance (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, spend) to leadership on schedule.

- Guide and upskill the team. Spot training gaps and close them.

- Own the digital marketing budget and manage vendor/agency relationships.

Requirements:

- Real understanding of accounting, GST & basic finance, or a background in that field (Must).

- 5+ years in digital marketing, including 3+ years leading or coordinating a team.

- Solid hands-on experience with SEO, paid ads (Google/Meta), social, content and email marketing.

- Comfortable setting KRAs, KPIs or OKRs and holding people accountable without micromanaging.

- Strong daily communication. Someone who can run a check-in that actually unblocks people, not just collect status updates.

- Data-driven. Comfortable reading dashboards and using numbers to make calls.

- Has worked closely with product or sales teams before to keep marketing content accurate.
