Team Lead - Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage design activities for power transformers, control transformers, and inverters.
  
• Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards and customer requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and improve product performance.
  
• Develop detailed designs using ,Solid works , CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).
  
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on transformer design principles.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in transformer design engineering or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of IS/IEC standards for power transformers, control transformers, and inverters.
  
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), simulation tools (SPICE), and other relevant tools.
