About this role
We are seeking a Team Lead - Data Science AI/ML on AWS to oversee delivery execution, SCRUM processes, and operational excellence across AI/ML projects. The role focuses on ensuring timely, high-quality customer deliverables, maintaining Agile discipline, coordinating with technical teams, and driving customer satisfaction while aligning all execution activities with organizational standards and leadership guidance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate DS/AI/ML task execution, ensuring timely delivery aligned with technical and quality expectations.
- Manage sprint ceremonies, task tracking, blockers, and Agile process adherence across project teams.
- Review deliverables, data workflows, and technical artifacts before approvals and customer delivery milestones.
- Ensure customer communication, delivery coordination, and expectation management remain clear, timely, and professional.
- Maintain operational discipline by aligning all execution activities with organizational processes and leadership guidance.
Requirements
- 5-9 years experience in data engineering, pipelines, database development, and cloud-based delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, DevOps practices, containers, CI/CD workflows, and cloud operations.
- Proficiency with Python, Linux, Git/GitHub, scripting, and infrastructure or pipeline validation processes.
- Experience working within SCRUM or Agile environments using Jira for delivery and task management.
- Strong organizational skills with focus on delivery excellence, quality tracking, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
