We are looking for an Indian national with certified French language proficiency to lead and manage French-language transcription and AI data annotation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage French-language transcription and data annotation projects.
• 6 hours: Hands-on word alignment and annotation.
• 4 hours: Reviewing completed work, quality assurance, ensuring daily output targets are met, mentoring team members, and managing the team's day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in French (France), including grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension.
• Strong understanding of spoken French, accents, and conversational language.
• Good command of English for professional communication.
• Previous experience in transcription, translation, proofreading, linguistic quality assurance, or data annotation is preferred.
• Prior team management or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and online project management platforms.

Must have:

Must hold a valid, recognized French language proficiency certification such as DELF, DALF, or an equivalent recognized qualification. Applicants must submit a copy of their certificate mentioning the proficiency level, issuing organization, and year of completion.
