Role & Responsibilities

• Handling Escalations
• Driving and tracking collections
• Preparing customer communication documentation i.e. allotment letter, demand, AFS etc.
• Driving CSAT and NPS
• Weekly and monthly performance presentation & data preview.
• Preparing collection projections,

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 4 - 5 years team handling experience and exposure to commercial project.
